Patrol Procedures

Officers assigned to patrol are responsible for answering calls for service, responding to emergencies, and also enforcing the traffic laws. They also respond to motor vehicle accidents, alarms, disturbances and any other calls from a citizens for assistance.

The Dudley Police Department consist of nine full time patrolman and three sergeants. Overall, the police was involved in approximately 10,000 calls for service during the year 2005.
