We live in a world that is becoming increasingly smaller, rural areas becoming more and more populated, crimes are becoming more prevalent, it has become clear that local police departments cannot be as effective without the help of their citizens. Public awareness is paramount to provide our communities with a safe haven from drugs, gangs, increasing crimes and wanted criminals. As demonstrated by the now popular show, " Most Wanted" television shows, the public has become mor proactive in capturing wanted fugitives.

This section of our website is to offer you information once only seen in post offices or at police stations around the country. Many time criminals will change their appearance to avoid capture. Men often grow or shave their facial hair. To help identify them pay close attention to facial characteristics that don't easily change such as the shape of the face, the eyebrows, the eyes, nose, mouth and chin region. Also look for distinct or prominent facial/head features.

When they adopt aliases fugitives also often incorporate part of their real name. For example they often will use their real first name, or their middle name as their first name. They may also use part of their last name by adding or subtracting to it. Example: Change last name from Richardson to Richards, or vice versa.
