Emergency Phone Notification Registration Form Updates/Unpublished Numbers
Dear Dudley Resident/Business Owner,
Our community currently has the ability to activate an emergency telephone notification system. The goal of this program is to notify as many residents as quickly as possible in the event of an emergency. Examples of when this system can be activated include weather events, road closings, missing persons, illness outbreak, and much more. At this point, the system is restricted to published residential and business listings. We are encouraging others who wish to participate in this notification program to fill in the information listed below and return it to our department. The call information will be entered into the call data base. It is accessed only by operators of the system and it is not to be distributed to outside sources. You may also add additional numbers in the event multiple calls need to be made, as the system can be designed to act as a phone tree. If you wish to participate in this program, please fill out the information below and return this form to the Dudley Police Department at 71 West Main Street, Attention: Emergency Notification Service. We will be able to add you to the contact list. We also ask you keep us up to date on any changes in numbers or locations in order to insure the most efficient service.
