Current Unsolved Cases
 | The Dudley Police Department is seeking assistance from members
of the public regarding a robbery which took place at approximat ely
1:20pm today. Police were called to respond to a robbery in
progress at Dudley Park N' Shop. A male subject described as
"dark skinned" wearing a black shirt, light colored pants and a
black "skull" style cap approached a clerk at the courtesy booth and
showed a note to a teller demanding money. He was able to
obtain an undisclosed amount of cash and ran from the store on foot.
He is believed to have entered a champagne or silver colored
Mountaineer with a New Hampshire registration. The vehicle is
believed to have traveled into the town of Southbridge on Dudley
Southbridge Road. It may have traveled into northern
Connecticut via Route 169. No one was injured in this incident
and no weapon was observed. The case is under investigation by
Officers James Hutchinson and Chandler Boyd. Anyone with

 | The Dudley Police is currently investigating several "smash and
grab" incidents that have occurred within the month of May.
Marty's Redemption Center, State Line convenience store, and the Getty
gas station all have been victims of the "smash and grab". If you

 | The Dudley Police is seeking assistance for information
surrounding a vehicle break that occurred late Sunday or early
Monday, April 2 or 3rd. Approximately $5000 was taken from the
vehicle in the Sunset Drive area. The money taken was proceeds
from the Dudley Little League Raffle Fund. The investigation
is currently ongoing and all leads are being considered.

 | The Dudley Police has recently received several reports of attempted
B&E's in the last three months (January-March). There have been approximately
seven reports throughout the town. It appears that the suspect(s)
are attempting to pry doors open while the residents are not home.
Please make sure to set your home alarms and lock your doors at all
times. Call the Dudley Police if you observe any suspicious
