Dudley Police Department Press Release June 16, 2009
On Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at approximately 9:30am, the Dudley Police Department received a call from a resident of 300 Mason Road Extension reporting a break into the home. The break in had occurred earlier that morning. Officer James Annese responded to investigate. Among the items taken were a 50” Plasma Television, laptop computer, clothing, DVD’s, and numerous other items. During the course of the investigation, Officer Annese learned a possible suspect may be found in the Town of Charlton. Detective Beaudry and other members of the Charlton Police Department began their investigation and discovered several of the possible stolen items in a vehicle at an address on Smith Road in Charlton. A search of the home and another residence in Charlton resulted in the recovery of all the stolen items. A suspect was later arrested in connection with this case. He is identified as KRYSTIAN PIWOWARCZYK age 18 of 20 Pine Street, Dudley, Ma. He was bailed for arraignment at Dudley District Court on Wednesday, June 17th on charges of Breaking and entering in the Daytime and Larceny of property over $250. The Dudley Police wish to thank the members of the Charlton Police as well as the citizens in general who assisted in this investigation.
