Press Release

           On Saturday, February 10, 2007, at approximately 11:50 pm, the Dudley Police Department conducted a search warrant at Nichols College, Shamie Hall, Center Rd, Dudley.  A substantial amount of marijuana and packaging material was located as a result of the search warrant.  Two individuals were arrested an a third is being summoned.  All three individuals are charged with Possession of Class D drug with intent to distribute.  The two arrested are:  Christopher Nocella, 19, of Townsend and Andrew Frydryk, 19, of Wilbraham.  The third that is being summoned is Ryan Benevides, 18, of Fall River.

           The investigation was conducted by Officer Marek Karlowicz and Officer Arthur Ferreira.  Nichols College Public Safety Officer Dave O'Reagan assisted Dudley Police with the investigation.  Nocella and Frydryk posted bail and are scheduled to appear at Dudley District Court on Monday for arraignment.
